Super Zhewitra

Common use

Super Zhewitra is a medicine that is often used to treat impotence or erectile dysfunction (ED) in males. The medical condition when a male loses the ability to get and maintain an erection is called ED. Physicians may prescribe this medication to treat other medical conditions such as pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The active ingredients of this product are Vardenafil and Dapoxetine.

Dosage and direction

Take Super Zhewitra orally with a glass of water 1 hour before sexual activity. Do not take the medicine more than once per day. While swallowing do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.

Precautions

Inform your doctor if you have the following health problems: vision problems, heart disease, angina, high or low blood pressure, other heart problems, kidney or liver disease, stroke, an unusual or allergic reaction to vardenafil or dapoxetine, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives.

Contraindications

You should not take Super Zhewitra if you take any form of medication known as "nitrates". It may cause serious side effects. Taking Super Zhewitra with alpha–blockers may drop your blood pressure to an unsafe level. Don't take Super Zhewitra if you have allergic reaction to vardenafil or dapoxetine.

Possible side effect

The most usual side effects are: flushing, headache, indigestion or stomach upset, nausea, stuffy or runny nose.
Contact your doctor immediately if you suffer from one of the following side effects: allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue; breathing problems; changes in hearing; back pain; chest pain; fast, irregular heartbeat; muscle aches; seizures.

Drug interaction

Do not take Super Zhewitra at the same time with bepridil, cisapride, droperidol, grepafloxacin, medicines for irregular heartbeat, methscopolamine nitrate, nitrates like amyl nitrite, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, nitroglycerin, nitroprusside, pimozide, ziprasidone, certain drugs for high blood pressure, certain drugs for the treatment of HIV infection or AIDS, certain drugs used for fungal or yeast infections, such as fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, and voriconazole, erythromycin, medicines for prostate problems.

Missed dose

If you forget and miss a dose, you should take it as soon as possible. However, if it is near the time for the next dose, just skip the missed dose and continue the regular treatment. It is not allowed to administer an increased dose to catch up without the doctor’s recommendations because it may increase the risk of side effects.

Overdose

Stop using Super Zhewitra and consult a doctor right away if you notice any of the following symptoms: severe dizziness, fainting, trouble breathing.

Storage

Store Super Zhewitra at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F). Do not use the medication after the expiration date.
